Supply Education Alliance are proud to be an independent supply teaching agency supplying Somerset, Bristol and Wiltshire. SEA are established on over 30 years of combined expertise within the education and recruitment sector.
We are education specialists who provide an outstanding service to schools and teachers based in the Somerset area and beyond.
We at Supply Education Alliance recruit teachers, teaching assistants, learning support assistants (LSAs), HLTAs and cover supervisors.

Marie began her recruitment career gaining experience within corporate and independent agencies. With over 17 years industry experience, she has cherry picked the positive aspects of each and combined them to establish a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable agency alongside Emma.
Director & Recruitment Consultant
Emma is a qualified primary school teacher and has over 10 years of experience as a recruitment consultant. Emma serviced the Exeter and North Devon area during this time and after huge demand and success in Somerset is now working with schools across the region and beyond.
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Ellie is the recruitment consultant for the team here at Supply Education Alliance. Prior to taking on the world of recruitment, she is a qualified primary school teacher and has taught for over 9 years, and spent some time as a SENCo too. She is passionate about excellent education for all is always excited to place our lovely teachers into your fantastic schools.
Resource Support Assistant
Kayla began her recruitment career with us back in April 2024. She is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and works tirelessly with both staff and schools to ensure placements are handled quickly, with a high level of communication throughout. Kayla also works with our new teachers, ensuring their files are fully compliant.
Assistant Consultant
Summer is our assistant consultant here at Supply Education Alliance. With an excellent work ethic and excellent customer service skills, Summer actually manages her own area in Devon & Cornwall, but she often supports Somerset, Bath & Bristol whenever this is required. She is always happy to chat through the needs of any teacher or school!
